Album was originally a limited edition bonus cd-r for "We're Only In It For The Spirit" cd release (Digitalis Industries, 2008).

Performed live, 2006, featuring Jari Koho (Kulkija, Tulasi) on all tracks, and Christelle Gualdi (Stellar Om Source) on tracks 1,3,6. All tracks recorded to minidisc by Jari Koho, except track 5 by Jussi Ahonen.
